Well, I've dreaded posting this more for myself than anything.  I've not done good this week.  I've not tracked any points or walked at all.  I've beat myself up about the last 2 days, but I've come to realize there are going to be ups and downs!!  Tomorrow is always a new day....thank the Lord!!!

I'm going tomorrow for yearly blood work, and I already know what I'm going to be told!  My insurance company charges $10 more a paycheck if you are considered obsessed.  Well, I already know I am.  What gets me is they do the same for smokers....but you can lie and say I don't can't say your not fat...LOL.  

This has been a hard week for me.....but I'm not going to let it knock me dorie says on finding nemo....just keep swimming....just keep swimming....

To those who support me those who judge, I've done that too.  So either way they both inspire me to go forward and try and try again!!!  This will always be a life battle just like someone with a drug or alcohol problem....struggling to loose weight is somewhat the has a crippling hold on you!!!

Feeling better

Well I'm finally feeling about 90% better after having the stomach bug for a few days.  I didn't tack food or do any exercise....didn't feel like doing either!!!  So tomorrow it's back on everything 100%!! 

Looking forward to revival service tonight!!!

So thankful today is Friday....whew what a work week!!   I'm happy to say I was down 2.6 lbs this morning!!  Makes me glad even though I didn't get to walk my goal I wanted to.  This will be a very busy weekend.  I'm going to get my walking in though!!  :-)  Happy Friday everyone!!

Well...I've not gotten to walk any this week which has really gotten me bummed!!!  I've been in 7-8 hour training class at work and I've had something to do as soon as I've gotten off work.    BUT...I've not had a sprite in 2 days and for those of you who know me....know that is my drink of's my coffee in the morning...LOL!!!  So I guess that is my goal this more regular drinks.  Only diet, water, or tea.....that may not seem like alot to some but this is a huge step for me!  Just thought I'd share.....

My goal for tomorrow is to walk 1 mile in the morning before I start work and 1 mile when I get off work.  I've got to get moving again.  I'm way to stiff from sitting around being a couch potatoe!!!
