Okay....

Well...I've not gotten to walk any this week which has really gotten me bummed!!!  I've been in 7-8 hour training class at work and I've had something to do as soon as I've gotten off work.    BUT...I've not had a sprite in 2 days and for those of you who know me....know that is my drink of choice....it's my coffee in the morning...LOL!!!  So I guess that is my goal this week....no more regular drinks.  Only diet, water, or tea.....that may not seem like alot to some but this is a huge step for me!  Just thought I'd share.....
